is very informative, I haven't visited it in a couple of years but ya'll give some great advice so I was hoping to get some. Let me start by saying that I am a

1) 26 year old male.
2) I have done two cycles of Sus or Ena 250 per year for about 12 weeks at a time, for the last 4 years.
3) I go to the doc regularly and I am in good health.
4) I currently am 6'0 tall and 155 pds. as I have not trained in 2 mos because I needed a break.
5) When I do train I get a good amount of calories but probably not enough protein (2 to three protein shakes per day while training).

I guess what I am asking is this I am tall/lean and like to stay around 175 lbs. When I have tried using Dca/Winny 450mgs dca and 300mgs of winny for 10 weeks I saw only about 3 pds of gains. So it seems to me that the only thing that works is some sort of Test. I am wanting to hit another cycle but it seems that I do not retain my gains very well (very high metabolism). I am going to get 2 btls of En 250 and 1 btl of Dca 300. Can anyone recommed the best way for me to use-maximize gains-keep my gains?

Did you do PCT? After your cycles were you like a lot of other people and eventually stop working out all together? Did you keep you calories high enough to even maintain or grow to start with?

6'0 and 155lbs?! Did you even workout? Do you even workout? I'm 183lbs at 5'8". And I still consider myself small.
 
you gotta eat heavy to gain it, I have a hard gainer friend at work who has had too add 1500 cal per day to see any gains at all, also you need to keep cals and protein up to maintain that mass, also PCT was mentioned aboce and he's right if you don't do that right and keep proper follow up your gonna fall, my first cycle I did 12 weeks of Test E with a 6 week d-bol kick start and gained 15lbs. and lost 5% body fat, didn't do proper pct and let my protein slide and lost every damn pound I worked so hard for. Then got to the boards at freaky muscle and here. I spent 6 months at The board jsut researching before I tried to build my next cycle and it went great, every cycle since I have consultated these guys and grow and grow. Give us more info and plan the next cycle long and hard with a ton of research first. Start with the diet board and give them your bulking diet, then move to here and read Pct and anabolics, then ask questions and you'll see the difference.
 
Bro, you just need to eat. I know, I used to be 112lbs at 5'5". Then I forced myself to eat 6000cal/day. Now, even off, I sit around 180lbs, up to 200+ on a heavier cycle and I'm 7 inches shorter than you. Just pick up the fork :)
 
Ya'll are right when I quit working out my eating habits go to sh@t. Before I started working out and before my first cycle I was 6'0 tall and 125 lbs and got up to 180 for awhile, so I have managed to keep 30lbs all and all. I never have tried the hit it hard very quickly (like 6 weeks) then just eating and maintaining, but I might try that approach this time.
 
If you wanna use steroids some day first you have to learn how and what to eat and train hard.
