First off im 35y 235p and somewhere between 12% to 15% body fat.
My first cycle was back in april of 2011 i did Test E. at 500mg a week for 10 weeks.
I really didnt have much side affects core temp went up some and coming off i got ache pretty good not horrible thou.
I started my second cycle of Test P about Oct. For around 8 weeks. Ache started sooner but other than that was about the same. I didnt feel to great coming off and at that time had done alot more reading so for PCT i did 3 weeks of Unleashed and Post Cycle. Ache cleared up fast and i felt better after.
Ok so here goes in the next month or so im going to do another cycle, from my first two ive got alot of good gains alot stronger and put on some good muscle size. Also for the last month ive went on a pretty good diet and cartio program while on cycle i was at 248 ive cut it down to 235. So for my next cycle im looking to cut down alot more continuing my high protein diet and cartio 5 times a week and weights about 3 days a week.
So my plans are to go with a TEST E and Tren A cycle i really liked the E first time around.
This is the plain help me adjust as needed thanks.
1-10 Test E 500mg week, Monday and Thurs. 250mg each pin
2-10 EOD 50mg Tren A "not sure if i should wait and start 6-10" ?????
6-10 ECGenerate 2 cap morning 2 after lunch 1 at dinner. ?????? maybe 2-10
10-14 Unleashed/Post cycle 1 each morning and night.
My ? is should i add N2Guard during cycle or what else would you recommend taking...
Side note im mainly looking for the cutting that the tren brings to the table i want to see my work show more. Ive cut alot out of my diet and i want it to show quick so i don't just stop. I want to pop when i look in the mirror right now im just bigger and stronger. I know diet diet diet im trying lol...
