I'm going to keep an updated log, mostly to help me keep motivated and know I have to update this thing. Will include progress pics and measurements.
I'm 5'9 230 start *monday weight*, and %18-20 bodyfat.
I've been lifting for 6 years, before was all about football for school and I could care less about appearence and I hate the way I feel and look.
The only cycle's I have done before were a dbol only cycle, a test prop dbol cycle, and a test prop winstrol depot cycle.
This cycle consists of 15 weeks:
1-15 Test Prop 120mg EOD Running 3 weeks longer than planned for the eq ester to clear out and then start pct 3 days after.
4-10 Tren Ace 100mg EOD
1-12 Equipoise 400mg/week
Clen, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, according to bad andy's example.
PCT: HCG while on cycle tues and thurs, clomid for after cycle. maybe dex if I have to
The Diet - Eating the same thing EVERY DAY. The meat's are the only thing that will vary, chicken breast, lean ground turkey, lean ground meat, fishes. Occasional 'cheat meal', will still aim to keep it relatively healthy.
3150 on Lifting Days
2559 Calories on Non Workout Days
Lifting 4 days a week, cardio 6 days a week.
Training Day - Non training days is just no pre workout or the meal 6 right after.

8 egg whites w/ 1 yolk
1 cup oats
Meal # 2 8:30
2 scoop Whey
1/2 cup oats
1 tbsp natural pb
Meal # 3 11:00
6 oz Red Meat
1/2 cup rice (white or brown)
1 cup greens
Meal # 4 1:30
6 oz Chicken
1/2 cup rice (white or brown)
1 cup greens
Meal # 5 (Pre-Workout) 4:00
2 Scoop Whey
4 Rice Cakes
1 Banana
Meal # 6 6:30
1 scoop whey
1 scoop volugro
Meal # 7 7:30
6 oz Chicken
1/2 cup rice (white or brown)
1 tbsp macadamia nut oil or olive oil
Meal # 8 10:00
1 scoop whey or probolic
1 tbsp natural pb
