Thiomucase Cream is cheap...is it effective?

What exactly does thiomucase cream do? Is it basically like using Prep-H and works by temporarily removing water retention locally? Any info would be great such as effectiveness and potential side effects if any.

didnt really work for me, its supposed to make your sking tighter but the effect was NOT noticeable
