undereat - after discontinuing steroids, the body is weaker and is in need of extra calories to maintain the gains... shorting it calories means losing muscle!

cardio - cardio can be catabolic.. best to let the body rest as much as possible.. super heavy strenous exercises should also be avoided.

creatine = creatine works every time!!! and with hcg and high calories you can actually make decent gains.

good call satch...

i like using no-eplode post cycle to get my energy levels up for the gym, you know sometimes its hard cause when your on the gym is like a f*cking party but when your off, sometimes i have to drag myself to the gym :mix:

Very true! I used NO-Xplode when I came off last time. I will be rocking it again as soon as I can afford it.
 
This is a topic that is oft overlooked, yet it is very important. Good thread Satch. It's very simple but crucial to keeping muscle mass!

No... it was a list of things to NOT do post cycle... such as FORGET pct. He left it off the list and although I know he knows to run PCT I just added it.
 
I agree - I am in the middle of PCT, and while I feel good and still have strength, the weight will fly off you unless you eat big. I dropped from 189 at end of cycle to 181 yesterday (2 weeks into PCT) after a long double-header. Been eating everything in site since.

Eat and lift and sleep.
