Thinks of Buying the Local Gym - Opinions Please

DO NOT DO IT! Trust me I learned first hand on 2 seperate instances, too many govt funded facilities... If youre looking for a hobby and a full time headache then open a gym, if you want to make money open a franchise pizza shop and such. Everybody HAS to eat and I believe the studies I seen AFTER of course I opened my second gym were astonishing. Let me find my info and send it to you, it will shed some light....

I have heard that gyms are way up on the list of business most likely to fail.

buy it, then move it and the equipment to a place with a shitload of people. Hire people and fill up the place. You can't make money when you don't have people.
