hey..Im interested in getting some gear from thailand as well. Problem is, where the hell do i go to get it? Are there specific places 2 approach? and which part of thailand? bangkok? phuket?

import of the gear in australia should be also a big concern.
i've been two times for holidays in australia. this was my worst experience with customs! i waited in the line "nothing do declare" to pass the customs. then a officer came over to me, asked how long i will stay, where i will go and so on. he stared at me the whole time.
finally he asked: do you hit the weights? i said, yes, but only to
be stronger in soccer, lol. then he asked: is it hard to achieve
such a physique without any medical help? i said, no way, you
only have to train hard, eat well and sleep alot. he still checked
me and then he said: well, you have to go to the other line where
anything of you and your lugage will be checked............
a friend in the gym gave me the tip not try to take any gear to
australia, so i only had multivitamins with me.

btw. it happend in perth, and people say, that's the worst customs down under
