Think you can do this workout?

Thats all well and good, but to think you will gain his kind of muscularity and mass doing that kind of workout would be completely misguided... you dont add muscle and size doing workouts like that, you increase the functionality of your size and strength that has been built elsewhere

I think its a little misleading personally.... thats just my opinion though, still very impressive no doubt
 
Lots of people besides gymnasts do those kinds of workouts. Usually people looking for lots of balance, and agility.

But yea Get456 you are right. He didn't get big by doing those workouts. He probably supplemented his weight training with that kind of stuff.
