think i got weak gear

hey bros. i just got done with my first 12 week test e cycle at 500mg a week. i was 6ft 220 at the start at 14% bodyfat 24 years old. 6 years training under belt. competed in natural bodybuilding contest at 17. diet was in check. about 5000 cals a day. 300 grams protein, 400 carbs. 2 gallons water a day. end of cycle weight is 230 and my mesurements didnt change at all for arms legs calfs, chest. my body was naturally maxed out at 220 i was just wondering if this is normal for experienced bodybuilders or if my gear was weak. also. ive used about every legal PH cycle on earth before this cycle.
 
well maybe you did, but it's too late to do anything now. just do your pct and be glad you got 10lbs above your genetic limit. what about strength?
 
The PH you took before desensitization your receptors so your "first" cycle wasn't really your first cycle.

Also your diet is not in check if your eating 300 protein, 400carbs for a total of 5000 cals which means you are taking in 250 grams of fat for a ratio of 24% protein /32% carbs / 45% fats.
The best ratio for bulking is 45/40/15

Your diet wast right.
 
there is alot of fake gear out there ( even from supposed good bros)

stay away from ink jet label gear lol

Try to veer towards amps and hologram-ed bottles
 
10lbs and good strength doesn't sound like it was very weak to me... especially with the diet you had like goal245 said.
