J JimBoy New member Feb 12, 2008 #1 I've been unable to Deadlift lately and have noticed since I stopped that my biceps aren't as wide, they still peak great but I can't get the width I like. Any lifts I can add to my arm routine to compensate? Thanks guys!!!

S sothex New member Feb 12, 2008 #2 lately what i have been doing at the end of my arm days are an isolated bicep and then tricep with 2x10 (Full rest, as heavy as you can go) 3x12 (very short rest) that always gets me really sore
