you can get sugar free diabetic jellys and a small spoon isn't really gonna illicit much damage :D

heck this sunday im gonna treat myself after my fight to a PB&J sandwich with some sliced banana!
 
Nothing beats PB&J on potatoe bread......I bought this honey with walnuts in it from the health food store, got some potatoe bread and slathered a thick gob of natty PB on one slice, then sliced up some banana layed it on top of the PB, then drizzled the honey with big walnuts over that and slapped on the other slice of bread.

You wanna talk about good!!!!! :p
 
I get the sugar free smuckers jam its really good try it out. also if you can find it get "vogles whole wheat" bread its so good. no sugar either.
 
i use this diabetic jam, no sugar, sweetened with sorbitol, a polyol which doesnt raise insulin apparently... tastes ok :)
pb wise i use meridian natty pb and for bread, i just have normal wholemeal or if i have some, flax bread which is only 10g carbs per slice :)
