lol. you must be a hardcore crossfitter. mmmhhhhh, ego bruised alittle brah? please, expound on the virtues of paleo dieting brah......cause its really a new amazing diet, really.

I don't do crossfit, I'm damn out of shape right now. That being said, I'd probably get in that kind of shape as quickly as a lot of people that consider themselves to be bodybuilders because it's such a different kind of workout.
 
bino is probably the best crossfitter here. I'm still 240'ish so alot of the wkts that involve some form of pullups are just a nonstarter for me. I can't do 3-5 rounds of 30+ pullups sprinkled in with the other shit. My legs are still way too big from plifting. That's these guys secret...they have ridiculously yoked upper bodies but skinny legs. How they still squat/dl what they do is beyond me but when you look at em they've just got no weight on em from the waist down. Their kipping style also helps, that's one of the things I don't agree with them on. I'd rather 8-10 dead hang pullups then kip away like a mad man for another 10-15. Since i have no inclination to compete with 160lb guys on metcon i alter alot of the crazier wkts. And then there's the gay medicine ball stuff i just don't do unless i'm doing a stint at the cf gym where you have no choice.
 
I do WODs that don't take much equipment, if any.

i like those wods except why burpees and pushups in the same wkt? if you're doing burpees right ur falling out of the sky and then exploding back up with the pushup....redundant no?
 
I don't do the pushup with the burpee, just kick the legs out then back in to plank.

Some do the burpee your way and leave pushups out.

another one is 10 to 15 kettlebell swings on the minute every minute for 20 minutes straight.
