Why should I be putting this in my body, as a woman (or even as a guy?)? just curious...

that is one thing that it was used for. Because blocking the A2 receptor increases NO. However the use in this case is blocking the A2 to increase lipolysis. Just because a drug/supplement/etc has one use does not mean that its not more effective at another.
