Thermorexin feedback: post here

I started taking T-rex 2 days ago. I'm also taking R-ALA I took one the first day, it was kinda late to take it, and whadayaknow I had trouble sleeping that night. The next day I took 1 in the AM another around 1pm and last one at 4pm. Slept like a baby. I haven't really noticed any appetite suppressing effects, matter of fact come late evening ( my last meal is around 8-9), I am really starving. I do feel the heat, though I don't necessarily sweat much unless I'm doing some kind of activity.

I will keep you posted as to my results.

One question though, I usually do weights 4-5 times /week. Right after, I do 30 mns cardio. will T-Rex work as effectively this way? I noticed some of you take it right before AM cardio.

When do you workout?

I see no reason why you can't take them 3x a day, the first dose in the AM. If you do AM workouts (empty stomach, although weights really shouldn't be done on an empty stomach) then take a dose before that along with a SMALL carb to help possible nausea.

IMHO, actual timing isn't as important.....dose it to how it fits your schedule.

And, FWIW, I didn't notice any real appetite suppressant effect until I was taking 5-6 a day. Also, I never got any heat flashes or sweating. Even without "symptoms" you'll know it is working if you are going to the bathroom more (both #1 and #2 :) ) #1 is flushing the extra water out of your body, and #2 is a sign of increased metabolism. Make sure you are drinking A LOT of water...more than normal.

thanks for quick reply Daisy Girl
actually I have been going to the bathroom more for both #'s. I've upped the amounts to four today. Will hit the gym at 2pm.

My stomach hasn't been this flat or my waist this small for a very long time. :)
I will definitely have to invest in some of this-
I just wonder if it would be more cost-effective than
the Rx Tenuate (diethylpropion) that I get from my M.D.??
Hmmm........
