Usually I welcome it. Take one in the morning. Shit my brains out. Then I'm good to go jogging knowing I have nothing to crap out Worst feeling running and having to take a shit or god forbid fart on the tradmill

I have yet to experience this... day 4 up to 4 caps by 12 noon. I'm still on my "regular schedule" in regards to using the ivory throne.

I don't take 4 at once. Here's a morning schedule quickly:

Wake up, Eat... after my meal I take 2 caps.

mid morning another meal then take 2 caps. ... ect.

I reccomend taking them like that after food so it don't mess with your stomach... I've had ZERO stomach problems because I've followed this procedure.

Na, not too wired... I get used to stimulants quite quickly.
