I've never really been a firm believe of the whole "this bracelet does this and that to you". But I decided to try it out. I decided to try these bands out - mycprime.com/API_ProductList.aspx?ID=maxperformance - primarily because many top athletes (like Dwight Howard and Alex Rodriguez) endorse them and they are the only ones with patented technology. Dwight Howard has his own line of bands - the "D12". I bought a Neo Band (white and frost).
I'm not gonna say that these bands give 50% strength gains or anything like that - that's just impossible. I will say that, after wearing it for 4 days, I've noticed a few things differently. The other day, I went for a run (just a mile) and realized my chest hadn't been pounding like normally - I don't run often, especially outside in the Florida heat. I also noticed that when I wake up in the morning, I feel more "awake" and optimistic and even more forward minded, in terms of my motivation for college and school work.
As someone who is always trying new workout drinks and proteins (I'm currently using C4), I would say to anyone who has always wondered about these things to get involved and try it out. I just wanted to throw this out there, tell me what you think.
