I have the worst time falling a sleep. I get tired but as soon as I lay down I am wide a wake. I even took 2mg of xanax about an hour ago and not really even tired. I need my sleep to grow.
 
Have some Nyquil. If there is no Nyquil take a shot of hard alcohol it basically the same thing. I heard that taking only one can aid muscle growth by increasing blood flow.

I'm in college so I'm not a really a drinker either, LOL.:D I am an athlete too so it probably hurts my performance, unfortunatly.:rolleyes:
 
try 10-mg of melatonin and 1g of valerian root. Also if you are drinking anything with caffiene in it after 3pm that can do it.
 
Ambien is the best thing for this in my opinion. Get a script from a doc for difficulty sleeping, take one about 20 minutes before you want to go to sleep (they work fast) you can sleep for about 4 hours and wake up feeling like a million dollars. No grogy feeling like with sleeping pills.
