i don't know how peeps could manage to get ready for a show on EQ; even after consuming 1500 cals at one sitting i am starving within 2 hours. my hunger seems to be insatiable at his point!

I'm doing it right now! Look at the avatar. If i can do it...so can you. Just eat low glycemic carbs. And/or take Dositinx. Seems to kill the hunger a bit.

Everything is the same. I haven't changed. Like I said, Needsize helped me to prepare for that day by eliminating water and salt. But it totally backfired on me. It made me look soft and watered down instead. And lose all vascularity. Like he said to me....everybody is different. What works for him may not for me.

I can diet on EQ no problem. I still eat at least 3,500 calories a day. I just eat really, really clean. I can hit 7.5% bf with no cardio just eating clean...

Well it still could be the anti-e's doing it you know! But I was taking straight 5-HTP a while back just to improve mood. It did improve my mood a bit. But it also lowered my sex drive. Then I found out that anti-depressants like Prozac, Paxil etc etc. All work with serotonin. I stopped the 5-HTP and libido came back. But taking 5-HTP in high doses does suppress the appetite too.
