It takes more practice to build a good body using less weight, heave is just brainless. Incidentally Arnold was not ver strong and usually stretched the truth about his lifts. I have pictures of him squatting with 315 saying he was doing reps with 450, whatever, i can count plates. he did the same with his bench.
And as a last point who gives a shit about figting? Andrew Golota could knock just about any lifer out cold and can't bench 300. Grow up with all this who will kick who's ass, who cares.
