There has to be something wrong

I wieghed my self at 160lb 5 days ago before I started eating 3800 calories a day and working out. Then I just got done wieghing myself again and i am 170lb. 10lb in 5 days is hard to believe. I don't believe it is possible on nothing but supplements. can this actually happen? I submit another picture when the first 2 weeks are up.

it is very possible, but i would say that of those 10 pounds 7 are mostly fat. In a week or so you will probably be able to see the difference.

Argh fat? Man I really don't want 7 lb out 10 to be fat. That would suck try to get rid of by the time I start to cut. Will it slow down after a few days and start to turn into muscle and not fat?

im not saying that you have exactly 7 pounds of fat, but it is highly unlikely that half of your gains are true muscle.

And fat can never turn into muscle, as well as muscle can never turn into fat, so to answer your question no you can not turn it into muscle with what you have already gained.

Once your body gets used to all those extra calories your weight gain will begin to slow down.It may take a few weeks.
