OMG,,I went to workout today and I had NO strength whatsoever,,Diet is a bitch!! low carbs has taken a toll on me, man this is tough.....
 
Bro like 30 min before your workout try eating one of the nutty breakfast bars. They really help me get through my workouts. Good luck bro!

Update:

I been doing cardio since last report, going well. Only thing since yesterday, I have been kinda hurting in my joints and stiff!! :( The Beastdrol is probably drying me out while I am on cardio is getting to me.
Been drinking plenty of water, honestly feel like I am losing inches and some weight, I guess the cardio is working, though I think I am realizing that I am at a standstill on weight due to cardio but Its all good, as long as I am positively building muscle and losing inches.

exactly bro...its more like a recomp stage , you are definitely dropping fat and maybe some water.
you could bumb you fish oil intake to 10g ( im using krill oil from ruthless ) and use needto's topical skeletal balm....that stuff really got me through a bad patch when my elbow joint were giving me serious jip.
you are doing great emp...keep it up brother.

I am killing it as much as possible! Legs workouts on squats have been very solid, I feel thicker, more strength. I got about 3-4 weeks left on my cycle, I feel good overall, I feel much fuller and solid at this point. My diet is still in check, cardio has been fair to good, I have developed some shin splints as of late. Still not too bad.
