ok ive read this is great for bicep thickness and width but how to perform them properly confuses me. Do you twist the db BEFORE you hit the top or hit the top then twist then keep it that way all the way down? someone enlighten me plz
I do these like an exact opposite of a regular db curl. I twist out on the way up and then return back to neutral on the way down, i don't know if this is a correct zottman curl but I know it works the brachialis pretty well.
