The Zone Diet

I have to answer a few quetions about the Zone diet for a class. Here are the questions: Who wrote this diet? WHat are his/her qualifications as a "nutriotion expert"? What are the4 principles of this diet? Why is it supposed to work? and finally, what are the consequences of following this diet? Physical? Psychological?
If anyone has a good link that might help me out I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks EF family :beer:
 
Thwe guy who write it, he is cardiologist, I think. He have history of heart problems in his family, and he do a lot of research. I base my personal eating diet on his idea, but I change it for me. But all his principles are good, the diet make you go "in the zone" physically, you "feel" it. Its good. You can read my post about my diet also.

Unless u like being a smaller, just-as-fat, person.

(I.E., 20% bodyfat at 200 lbs, then 20% bodyfat at 180 lbs.)

Muscle/fat loss.

What you say is very interesting to me, thank you for this. Please where do you find this information, I wish to study it.
