I broke the 20 year record at my school with a 13+ meter throw using the 16 pounder.
My school dates back to pre-conquest times (the year 1066) so in over 1,000 years, I have the best putt!
That was 8 years ago and the record still stands. I was a little scared when some kid weighing over 300lbs was going for it a couple of years back, but the fat lump couldn't move explosively.
I want to get back into the shot putt (recruiters have been after me) but my knees are bad now so I'm not too sure, yet.
