I'm doing hammies, chest and shoulders today!

I'm about to give my weiner a good blood-pumping workout
 
I am willing to bet that 75 percent of the people on this board don't actually workout.

It sure is funny how this is a fitness board, yet people are talking about drug abuse and other destructive activities.
 
My workout day:

7am: scrabled eggs/sausage
730am: jackoff to new porno
9am: wake wife up for piece of ass
10am: jack off again
11am-1pm: take nap
130pm: eat fried chicken dinner
2pm: bang on metal in shop and drink 5 beers
3Pm: 3sets bench, 3sets military press, have big protein shake
4pm(current) considering wacking off again
Estimation of night:
7pm go to bar, eat steak, drink lota beer
9pm get home, wack off
10pm go to bed.

Tommorow:
Repeat, except no workout.

Louden I bet that most people on here DO work out. It just doesn't come up much in the chat board.

There are some guys who act really zany on here but contribute a lot to the Ana board in particular but alto diet, training, etc.

I remember I hung out exclusively on chat for a while and got used to Nathan just being a crazy guy. Then I go on the ana board and what do you know, he has done several cycles and has decent stats.

If I had to estimate, I'd say ~90% of the members here work out. I'd also estimate that only ~15-20% work out semi-seriously. ~5-10%, I'd wager, work out in a very serious fashion, like you, I, and several on the PLing and Training boards. I include you because I've read enough of your typing to know that, even when we don't agree, you are more like me than you are not.

I, too, though, wish people were not so disrespectful to their "temples".

Louden not jumping down your troat but when I hangout with people that workout, most of our conversations are about drug abuse and destructive activities. This holds true with people who compete also.

I'm sure you bs about that type of stuff also with your workout buddies.
 
I aint disrespectful, my body craves beer and starts shaking if it doesnt get it. I do workout though, but its not a lifestyle. I tried that one time, hated it. I like big weights, big meals, and not have to worry about packing my fucking waffle iron for my protein pancakes in the am when im not at home. My lifts aren't that impressive-comparatively speaking to say that of a powerlifter, but I can go into "average" gyms and be in top 95% in terms of strenght most of the time. That's good enough for me.

Yeah, we have those Female Fitness Gyms around here too.

Hey now, some of those bitches are bigger than I am. Ok, seriously, maybe 90%. You can go into ballys here and see only one guy a night put anything more than 300lbs on the bench. Who knows, maybe I got an inflated head because of all the pussies around here.
