Does anyone know the best way i can get hold of this book (im in the UK), ive tried through amazon but they have been useless so im going to cancel my order. I ordered from them in sep and now they say it wont be shipped til Feb!

can't help you, but just wanted to chime in and let everyone know that this book is absolutely fantastic. For like $25, you get over 500 pages on all sort of stuff, including detailed discussion of training variables like frequency, etc. Great resource.

I've had the same shite service from Amazon.co.uk, waiting months for a book.

The only thing to watch out with ironmind is the import tax. I got a £40 COD charge for just a few items I ordered! I've ordered loads of stuff from the US & Canada over the years & my ironmind order is the only thing i've been taxed on. The delivery driver informed me it was due to them using UPS.

Talking of books. Proto have you got Kelly Baggett's new book yet? I'm after sumat decent to read & I always like his articles.

Great read....Just want to post for anybody clicking the thread...Dreschler's Encyclopedia is an EXCELLENT resource....DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT confuse it with Arnold's Encyclopedia, which is rubbish, lol.

Lol. Agreed, Arnold's book is for entertainment purpouses only. The pictures, imho, are just awesome.
