ie: Bodyweight = 200 lb
Goal = maintaining
WO days = 3500 cal
Days off = 2500 cal

Body Fat: 24.5%
Goal: Get Body Fat down to 16%
Calorie Intake on Weight Lifting Days: Between 1450 - 1550
Calorie Intake on Cardio Days: Between 1350 -1400
Day W/ Cheat Meal - Around body weight x12

Body Weight: 205lbs (Down from 265 in mid-Sept 2004)
Body Fat: 23.8% (down from 40%)
Goal: Get Body Fat down to 9.5%, by October this year.
Calorie Intake on low carb days: 2100 (this includes both lifting and cardio days)
Calorie Intake on high carb Days: 2550 (also includes both lifting and cardio days)
 
Body weight: About 150lbs (on the metric here in Aus, so not sure if that is totally accurate)
Body fat: 6.5%
Goal: BULK up another 5-10kg or so while increasing strength at the same time, then re-assess from there
Calorie intake WO days - about 3200 calories
Calorie intake non WO days - about 2800 - 2900

P.S. I was one of the skinnier kids at school. ;)

Calories Off Days: 2500

When lose BF slow but surely. Hopefully get to 205-210, time = unknown

Weight = 193 (<10% bf)
Goal = Bulk up
WO Day Cals = ~3300
Off Day Cals = ~3000

Just started bulking this week, so I'm going to increase the cals by 250 every week till I get up to 4300(WO) and 4000(non WO) cals.
 
ie: Bodyweight = 188 @ 8%
Goal = 225 @ 7% (finish cutting then bulk)
WO days = between 2200-2600
Days off = 2100
