The color is awesome. Looks great with your skin color and hair color.

Jen - hint about the one piece -- even on someone who came out of the womb w/ a genetically gifted perfect 6-pack -- suck it in! If your stomach / abs are pressing out on the fabric of the one piece suit - it just makes you look fat. Make sure you suck in on the 1-piece round.

This was the comment from my trainer about a girl at a show I was at this weekend who is a body double for Amber Littlejohn -- she needs a bit of work on various body parts but she's got a pro-quality physique -- and she still looked like she had a gut in the 1 piece cuz she wasn't pullign it all the way in. Your abs don't show so you don't need to worry how they look but if they are sticking out it just looks like a gut.

I think pads in looks much better Jens. And I must say I have been off for a couple of weeks and these pics from last ones you look fantastic, many body changes. You go girl.

Colour is perfect Jen. I need to get me some of those pads. Looks like you didn't lose to much boob size. Can you believe I am down to a B cup. :(

Oh hell yes I did......I have a TON of loose skin...it's awful....

Really? I know you were rather large chested before too. I guess it is all in perportion cause even with out the pads you look a good size.

Well I was a pretty full D before - I'd say I'm around a C now....but all the loose skin still fills out the D cup....which is why I still look like I have some size....

I liek with the pads in too, give depth to the decolleté (I guess that is a good thing no matter the ocassion)
