The special ladies!!

For all the guys here who think that all women are evil gold diggers or however you wish to describe them. Have you ever really met a LADY ?

Let me tell you about this very special lady that was part of my life.

She had this beautiful long brown hair, bright blue eyes, and a smile that would take your breath away. That was what people saw on the outside, but she was so much more. She loved art and she could spend all day walking up and don the hallways at a museum. She could quote the great works of literature or enjoy reading the Sunday comics. She loved children. She would just set on a bench and watch them play in the park and you could see the smile as it spread across her face.

I walked the beaches of South and North Carolina with her. We watched many sunsets and sunrises together. We spent a lifetime together in a short couple years. I remember taking her to the Battery in Charleston when she was sick, just so she could see the ocean and the dolphins playing.

She was truly a special lady, and there are others just like her.

Maybe it's time to look at where you are meeting these women, rather than finding fault with all women. There are special ladies out there, just look at this site and you can find many.

She passed away from cancer several years ago.

I would rather remember the fun we had together and not the illness that took her away from me.

She was very special to me and the times were special also. But I know that somewhere, there is another special lady out there, maybe not another Cathy, but someone just as special for her own reasons.

Yes I seem to remember a long time ago posting on this board about looking at people for who they are (attitude, actions, etc.) and not what they are (race, gender, etc.). In every race, gender, etc . . . It's all the same. There are good people and there are bad.

I met a Lady once...

She loved Ozzy, Metallica, classical music, played violin and piano, and danced. We would sit up all night talking about just about anything, usually her teaching me things I had no idea of.
She never raised her voice, seemed to never get mad at anything, and made friends with ease. She loved Art, talked mean philosophy, read more books than me, and had an amazing body. (also spoke 3 languages, French, English, German)

Unfortunately she had so many hobbies and things going on in her life she had no time for dating, and then moved down south somewhere, and I never saw her again.

She was too good for me anyhow.

I am the man that I am, because of Cathy. That says less about me and so much more about the lady that she was. The only regret that I have is that we did not marry, at least not in the legal sense. We made our vows to each other one Saturday morning on the beach, as the sun rose. It might not have been legal, but it was more special with just the two of us.

Sure, good women exist... much like a needle in the middle of outer space... they exist. A Lady is something that should be treasured... but let's be frank... 99% of all women aren't ladies... they are bitches that need to be checked and stop off that the local psychologist and get their head under a catscan to check for physical damage to their brain.

Oak, I respect you, and hope it works well in the future with you as well... Hell, I hope that all relationships work out well... I'm not going to tell you they aren't... but I was in something truly amazing, that because of a tremendious event, was destroyed. And every experience I've had before that was horrible... so, from personal experience, women suck.
