Just interested on what other people thought about the Shapell Corby "marijuana in the bodyboard bag case"? Personally I dont think she had anything to do with it,I mean who would be stupid enough?Even if she was guilty she dosnt deserve to die a horrible death over a few kg of green.For fuck sake some of those Bali bombers responsible for blowing up over 200 people have only been given a 7 year sentence and some have been dismissed.There have been several similar cases over the years in Singapore,Malaysia and Indonesia and to be honest those countries frighten the heck out of me.Poor girl,she's facing the death penalty for something I beleive she didnt do.I think when I decide to travel I will give those places a miss.

Did you hear how the Indonesian authorities conducted the search of her bag? They made her brother hold the evidence and obviously that is worng because he left finger prints on it.

i think that its a load of bullshit. it makes absolutely no sense, and a judge who would convict her deserves to be taken out and shot

i mean think about it, for goodness sakes - that green was worth insanely more money in australia, where she could ahve sold it without goin gthrough aussie customs, without going through indo customs, in a place that she knew (home), without the ridiculous penalties you get in those mongoloid rock ape countries

it flat out makes no sense. if i were the judge id throw the damn thing out of court.

and also,i think we should give the indos the finger when it comes to holidays - if they want to treat our citizens like dickheads, as per the corby case, and with the insulting, bewildering resolution (and i use that word lightly) of the bali bombing case, then they can fuck off and look elsewhere for tourist dollars.
