Day 1: Bromo at 2.5mgs/day (AM ONLY)
Day 2: NYC or ECA + Yohimburn
Bromocriptine's half-life is 15hrs btw. Ephedrine's and
PPA's is roughly 4, and Yohimbe's main metabolite
11-OH is 7-10 hrs.
Just keep doing this.
If you can, increase the Bromo dose to 5mg's.
The rational behind this, is that you can take advantage of Bromo's leptin enhancing effects for 1 day, and still have them
high enough to maintain your BMR the next day.(This is theoretical
at this point).
NYC/ECA + Yoh the next day will give you a MUCH NEEDED
energy boost. I suggest you workout on this day.
As all you Bromo users have probably noticed, your
energy levels suffer quite noticeably while on Bromo.
This rotating technique should alleviate that somewhat.
