The Rock's Tattoo...

AAP

Plat Hero
Platinum
is ugly as shit. Why the hell he fuck himself up like that?

I concur, I thought it looked totally rodickulis, not even close to as cool as goldust

Oh and I had a hankerin last night, it was funny

WHAT!!! He's just trying to get into touch with his AZTEC WARRIOR HOLMES!

HAHAHA actually I dont care much for it either...

How the hell he gonna get Hollywood roles with that fucked up shit.

anyone have a pic or a link showing his new inkwork?

Look at the last picture... that shit go all the way up to his neck.

thanks for the link, gsxr.

AAP: i am guessing you are not into inkwork? while it's true his new tattoo is more than "I" would want on me, it's approiate for someone "larger than life" as the Rock and his fellow WWF guys are.

tattoos and piercings are rapidly becoming american mainstream and generally accepted by the majority of his followers. i doubt his existing inkwork will seriously affect any type of acting roles he would be offered in the future.

if he had inked in a more hardcore tattoo, say on the neck, scalp or face, (like mike tyson), THAT might hurt his future (if any) film offers.

It is not that his larger than life persona calls for a huge tattoo, but just look at the tattoo. That is a whole lot of NOTHING. He looks like a convict doing a life stretch. Tattoos can add beauty to a person when tastefully done, but that is just tacky. And the same thing with Rey Mysterio. All that fucking bullshit ink on him. For what purpose? Art is one thing, body graffitti is another.

Looks like The Rock is hitting up the sauce again. When he first came back with the new tattoo, and no hair, he looked slim, and flabby. Now he looks like he put some size on again. Especially the arm area. Anyone else notice that this weekend, saturdays show I think.

I think the new ink is allright.

I'll tell ya tho, nobody in the WWE can work work the mic like he can. He is by FAR the most entertaining guy to listen to.

i don't mind tatoos, but i don't like the placement of that one however. and i don't really care for the style of it either. i think they have makeup to cover tatoos now don't they, for movies?

Exactly. You didn't see the Brama Bull tattoo in the Scorpion King. Still the new tattoo is ugly as shit.

I would hope so. Because ancestry or not... it is ugly. I mean, I can understand it if were "artwork", but it is just a bunch of ink slopped on there.

Chris Jericho, Ric Flair, Hurricane, Golddust, Booker T can work the mic just as well or even better than he can.

It's a traditional polynesian tattoo, I see them all the time here in Hawaii. They are very cool up close if done right. Rock is Samoan and Hawaiian, so he has some interest in that kind of thing. His ink will actually help him with his role in an upcoming movie, where he plays King Kamehameha of Hawaii.

I would have gone the temporary route. I don't know... I am not into tats... I have done a temp one before for a week or so, but was bored with it by the 3rd day.

maybe before he left. I'v seen him 3 times since his comeback and he sucks, acts like he forgets his lines and studders. he used to pause a lot, but now it seems he forgets his lines and acts like someone in the audience is messing with him so he has to stop what he's saying and respond to them.

Most tattoos never made sense to me. I never understood why someone would bust their ass in the gym to build and better their body only to throw ridiculous looking ink all over it covering it all up. Ever notice most big name bodybuilders aren't all inked up?

Like i want a blurry ink spot covering half my arm when i am 50 years old.

I remember at college it was always fun to come back to the school gym in the fall to see all the guys in their wifebeaters that went out and got a tat over the summer. Maybe a big Swastika would be cool, but an arm ban or Taz? hahahahaaa:D

Lets see it...that is where my next one is going.

I'll try and get my dad to lend me his digital camera from work then I'll get a picture of it up for you. Just remind me cause I'm sure I will forget.
