The standing side crunch? Basically, you stand with hands behind head, raise your LEFT knee as high as you can and try to hit your knee with your RIGHT elbow. Do this as an alternating movement - right elbow to left knee, left elbow to right knee.

You can do the movement lying on the floor too, but by standing, you're working against gravity.

Whenever I do reverse crunches I don't feel them that much, am I just doing them wrong?
