why don't they just refuse to "federally" fund abortion? No tax payer money goes into any kind of support for either the clinic performing the abortion or the individual seeking the abortion. That seems to me the fair approach...........let it all be privatized. Yeah, it's going to cost a wee bit more to get one........but than again, it shouldn't be cheap. It ought to hit you in the pockets......let you know you fucked up. That way pro life people can say that nothing of them goes in support of abortion......and the pro choice people retain the ability to do with their bodies as they please. Since this is always going to be a 50/50 issue..........inact this provision and tell everyone to go home and shut the fuck up we've got more important issues to deal with in this country at this time.

Everyone needs to be on manditory Birth control. Then, when they are older, make enough money to support a kid, pass drug test, married, pass psychological tests, parenting classes etc. Then, you can have a fucking kid.

I think increasing the personal cost of the abortion would curb them. Right now poor welfare mothers can get em pretty cheap. My ex got an abortion from a previous relationship and she told me that she overheard a nurse talking about another woman that was in there at the same time......and that nurse was asking if this was the second or third time THAT YEAR that the woman was in the clinic for an abortion. So obviously alot of women are using it as birth control. I'm sure if abortions started costing money that you had to go into debt for, people would start to be more fucking responsible. BUt at the same time, any pharmacy's refusing to fill birth control prescriptions should have their liscense's IMMEDIATELY revoked and the offending pharmacist never allowed to practice ever again.......that's very crucial that that happens.

there would have to be a concerted effort to improve birth control and make it more readily available and cheaper. I honestly think that if abortions became more expensive, people would become more responsible. I agree we need to curb the birth rate in general.........the whole world needs to chill really.

Here's an novel idea for birth control... If you can't afford a kid keep your legs together or your piece in your pants!!! If you have a kid you need to support it or have your wages garnished for child support which goes to the adoptive parents!

Pro Choice = Choose to be responsible, not kill a kid!
