sound like the whiny and the t200 are slamming the water on you...I have had a simaliar experiance fro retibol.omadren primo stack ...of coarse didn't hang on to most of the weight gain...but i did hang onto ALL of the strength!
On my cycl I went from 246 to 263 ..ended up settling at 252 ...my arms are even bigger at this weigth then at 263 kepp upp the good work and let us know were you settle at
