Hows it going fellas what i am wanting to know is everyones Workout Routines Im trying to put together the ultamite routine.
So if everyone can give me there routine that would be great.

How about, you READ up on the thousands of posts with good routines in em instead? Here's a word trivia, post again when you can complete. 5x5, Korte, Smolov, Single Factor, Dual Factor, Westside Barbell, etc.
I don't think it's likely you could put together anything close to an "ultamite routine" unless your some sort of anatomy and or lifting guru, best thing i can think of is to do research on all those that s8nlilhlpr mentioned, and see what you think will work for you, then try it, if it doesnt work try something else, and then study the science/theory behind the different routines before even thinking of putting together 1 of your own.

you will always have weaknesses and you must always work to strengthen your weakest link. it is possible to make your weakest links into your strengths, but then your strengths have become your new weaknesses. so you target your new weaknesses. everyone is different this way; there is no perfect program, not even for one person.
