The Papa Gino's Diet

I'm a Boston college student, and I'm lucky enough to be living on Cape Cod this summer. My job for the summer is working at Papa Gino's in Hyannis where I deliver pizzas. It's awesome! I drive around all day in my Mustang listening to my music while getting paid - three of my favorite activities at the same time!
The good folks give me $7.50 of free food every time I work, and I'm almost always there for dinner since I work the night shift.

I can get any food I want. What's my best choice? They have Italian food like pizza, pasta, salads, subs, etc.
I want to eat healthy, and I'm currently looking to gain muscle. I figure I want the most protein and the least possible carbs and calories.
Every day I've been getting a chicken ceasar salad w/ fat free ranch dressing ($5.50) and 4 meatballs. I don't take a sub roll with the meatballs, and I skip on the breadsticks that come with the salad too.
 
Those are decent options.....really hit all the veggies hard. I am sure at a pizza/sub place they have a great variety of fibrous veggies. Load up a big salad with those, then top it off with some chicken breast, lean steak, lunch meat (if you have to), cottage cheese if they have that.....vinegar and oil is a great dressing, but fat free ranch is a good option too.
