just started my log in the diet forum, but figured this part of my log deserved to be here.


Wednesday: Max Bench Day
I took 10caps on my bench workout and felt like i could move mountains.

My strenght was not the best, but that is because it was a max effort day, (plus im competing on the 12th so im using all my powerlifting gear) but the mental focus/drive was there. I was hopping around dying to get under the bar all workout. Every Rep was intense,

Thursday: Cardio/Abs/Biceps
I only took 4 caps today since i will only be doing light work. Even though the 4 pills is only 1/4 of a serving, i still had some noticable pumps that was actually interfering with cardio lol, but i do the stair master so it was no big deal to go through it. Also took the MCC before working out in 20oz water.

One thing i did notice, was when i was doing biceps, my delts/shoulders were very veiny...i really liked it =]
