It's good. I've been lifting, running and cycling with HIIT and just dang well making a general spectacle of my curvyself in the gym with air squats and just being a hot red mess!!!
It's FUN being svelter! But I gotta keep at it before I make my new progress pics thread.
Also been using DailyBurn on my iphone to track food. It's helping.
