Try some dextrose after workout...mix it with your protein.
After maybe add some creatine...

Creatine maybe...since you ruled out protein and diet thats about all there is left that is legit and doesnt mess with hormone levels.
 
I would say in order:

Creatine,
Glutamine.
ALA...
 
i dont think of things like carbs, fats, and proteins as supplements even though they can be, so i wont think of those when answering ur question.

id say glutamine would be number 1 for me. its anti catabolic, gets u hard, and u dont have to cycle it. rather cheap too if u know where to buy it.
 
In all honesty, the best thing for me was "supplementing" my diet with fast food. Quick, cheap extra calories. Makes it easy to hit caloric goals for the day. It ain't the healthiest way to go, but it worked so well for me. I miss those days.
 
I definitely agree with anyone that suggested Glutamine. Besides protein, some Micronized Glutamine is the only other thing I supplement with. It simply said just makes the protein much more effective, it will do the same for creatine, but I would never reccommend creatine. Hope this answers yer question bro and good luck.
 
i think Glutamine if it is not in your Protein already other than that I would say a vitamin pak from Beverly International with the 6 descicated liver tabs.
