Just started using Amp and Lipoflame... Nice clean energy so far, but had a little trouble falling asleep a couple of nights, but nothing unreasonable. I'm starting off slow with 1 Amp and 2 Lipoflame a day. Any suggestions for how to slowly work up the doses, Omega?
I'm 6'0 about 190 at the moment. I started out low because I'm so busy with end of the year shit, that I haven't been working out at all. I don't want to take too much and not be able to sleep... Am I being too cautious?
