My wife and I are looking to sell my/our condo and buy a house this fall. Last night we pulled our credit reports and scores and mine was 812 and hers is 722. Not bad in my eyes.

Mortgage people how does this help us?

Well we are only looking in the range of $600-750k. That's all I can afford. Taxes in our area will kill you. They range from $17-25k for the houses we are looking at.

nah def not being serious.. i think asking a stranger his credit score is similar to asking a random woman her weight.

unless of course you are on ef where everyones credit scores are prob. in the 9 thousands.

I don't think it is a crazy question to ask someone... It is EF and no one has to answer if they don't want to.
