The Most Walked-Out on Movie Ever...?

Just saw Moulin Rouge, and a 1/4 of the audience walked out on the movie.....more than I've ever seen.

Sad, much of America has lost its imagination for the arts and romance in an era of reality TV and too-much Rambo.

This movie was incredible! The colors, visuals, music, the message, all combine to make it truly remarkable...

Lots of people who walk out simply were not prepared for what they were watching. They may have expected biatches with war paint on like in the video from the soundtrack. I for one like to know what the movie is generally about before I put down cash.

Actually, I've heard that Polyester was the most walked out on movie ever.

I was in an amateur play once, 'Dark of the Moon', that was presented in a community where a large part of the community was religious.

During the church rape scene, about 1/3 of the audience walked out. The guy who picked the play hadn't really considered the appropriateness of the content for the audience.

The folks that walked out really aren't too bright. They should have used their brains and not paid to be in there in the first place.

'the art of war'..... a few problems with that one

1. UN special agents?!? they cant even sort out an army yet

2. that near last scene when they fight with guns "gangland" style which involves them dodging bullets...turd

3. the REALLY horribled ending

4. the whooe film has been done like 20 times over in other films...it was crap


the only 2 good points were the oriental chick and the bit where the guy drives into another van and snipes informing hjim about it.

i never walk out of movies...if i paid or it ill endure it damn it

Pink Flamingos (John Waters)
Eyes Wide Shut
The Exorcist ( the 1st release in mid-70's)
Bad Cop- Harvey Keitel in NC-17
