the morning of a game, inside breakfast

this morning i had:

3 whole eggs
2 slices dry whole wheat toast
1 serving of oatmeal, cinnamon & splenda for flavoring
28oz of whole milk ( ye the cups are 14oz )

after morning waklthrough i plan on downing a shake with 16oz whole milk, and eating about 2 bagels, and another 1 hour befoer stretching starts with a protein bar.

this should give me plenty of energy for the game today
 
If you are an athlete you should be eating the same everyday and you should not alter your diet prior to a contest if you are doing this it means you are not eating right on a regular basis...I would stay away from the whole milk and beagles simple carbs suck and give you only a short time frame in which to use there energy...Rolled oats not instant 2 cups , 6 egg whittes 2 yolks wheat toast is good, 2 chicken breast and buckwheat not white flour pancakes...NO SYRUP NO JUICE
 
game went so so. we played 3 30 minute halves, 2 of which the starters played in ( myself included ) went down 5-0 after like 10 minutes, came back and by the end of the second half it was 7-5. The school we played is supposed to be pretty good, so i think this is a sign to come.

mule- i normally dont eat this much at breaksfast cause i dont expend that much energy till the afternoon. we had a walk-through practice at 8 and a game at 5. So i tried to fuel my morning practice and keep some reserves. We had team lunch in the caf, not much to choose from.
