this morning i had:
3 whole eggs
2 slices dry whole wheat toast
1 serving of oatmeal, cinnamon & splenda for flavoring
28oz of whole milk ( ye the cups are 14oz )
after morning waklthrough i plan on downing a shake with 16oz whole milk, and eating about 2 bagels, and another 1 hour befoer stretching starts with a protein bar.
this should give me plenty of energy for the game today
