Omega, I'm finally out of Amplify 02 and I'm going for the stack. Question, what about if you do late night cardio? A couple times a week I do a martial arts class from 7-9. Should I still use lipoflame that late? Or just use it when I do my afternoon cardio?

On days your gonna have a late night workout, just take the Lipoflame in the AM or early afternoon for all day effects. 6 to 8 caps will still have you burning fat all day and aid in fat loss in all activities, also you will still make use of the mood enhancing effects

I am sorry -- I think I read it already but I want to double check -- If I buy the "lipostack" that comes with both the amp and lipo -- It all lasts for ONE month correct? Also... it says one full serving of each -- by a full serving, for instance -- were talking all 6 capsules(for lipo) and then whatever the serving is for amp in the evening? Thanks...

I think the AMP02 bottles have 240 pills, the Lipoflame 180. I only use AMP02 3x weekly so I get more use, lucky me. It's powerful, I don't use on off days.
