Dear friends and fellow athletes,
One of my oldest friends and a tremendous athlete, our very own Dino Strong is back at EliteFitness.com. Also known as Marc Drury, Dino Strong worked for me and was a Moderator here from the mid 90s until late 2001.
As an athlete, Marc was known for his ability to get in shape faster than anyone I have every worked with. His transformations were truly astounding. Back in the day when I was coaching him, I took him from an overweight kid and turned him into a truly powerful bodybuilder in just under 12 weeks. And, we did it all using the supplements that were around at the time.
Although we never lost touch, Marc left EF in 2001 to serve the country as an Air Marshal. I was truly disappointed to see him go, because I have never seen someone so passionate and dedicated to bodybuilding and so eager as a Moderator to help our fellow members.
So, when I met up with Marc a couple of weeks ago, you can imagine how glad I was to see him and how happy I was to hear that he had decided to come back and help out the good bros of Elite - full time!
But there's more...
As we got caught up, I realized that over the past 6 years, Marc never stopped learning about bodybuilding. In fact, as we talked, I realized that although I had been his mentor many years ago, he now knows so much about building muscle, fast physique transformations, dieting and steroids, that he's become the mentor himself and is teaching me tons of new and very exotic bodybuilding tactics that I had never even heard of before. The boy has really made this old man proud!
And, it goes without saying that he looks great. Today he's bigger and more muscular than ever before. In the next few weeks, I'm going to dig up some of his old pics and cycles and we'll post them up. I'll also see if I can get Marc to post up some of his new pics too.
From now on, Marc will be around the forums back where he belongs. And, if we're lucky, I'll be able to convince Marc to provide us with some private consultations for select members.
