I wanted to go see it, but I lost the coin toss and say "Love Actually..."

The good news is that I had a great nap for about 2 hours...

I thought of it as more of a Japanese "Dances w/ Wolves" with the whole "American soldier turned "traitor" thing going on....but I liked it alot, about as much as I liked Dances with Wolves. I also agree with Huck ..I liked the Katsumoto more than Cruise.

Saw the movie opening night and it totally rocked. Very inspiring. Hell it made me consider learning some martial arts.

Very Solid film.Cruise does a good job,but the show stealer is the guy who plays the leader of the Samurai,Katsumoto.Very intense dude.Really enjoyed the movie,may go see it again.

They may have been,but I did not recognize any of them.The guy that played Katsumoto is one hell of a solid actor though.He gave a tremendous performance and stold the show.
