did chest/tris tonight. i'm going very light on actual chest work until my shoulder is mo' better. so, it was basically just triceps. first up was close grip.
the last rep on the last set was a sonuvabitch. hard to be sure, but it took about 10 seconds to get it up all the way, and most of that was struggling just shy of lockout. i had to work some major body english to make it go. after stalling for a few seconds, i briefly worried that i might get pinned like poyeboy. i didn't like that at all. but i somehow managed it.
probably the roughest rep i can remember struggling through. glad i made it.
