i understand and drink a ton of water,but sometimes i need a break from h20. i hear alot about crystal light but never anything about diet drinks. besides being bloated is there any other reason not to drink them occasionally.
How do you know it wasn't the caffeine doing that?
I drink about one diet soda a day too. Also drink iced tea with equal or sweet 'n low. It's a nice change from the water. But as drinking goes, water should be your main source.
