4 Days a week for 12 weeks

week 1 day 1: 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm Watch Bas Rutten video's study technique.

2:30pm - 3:00pm Circuit training comprised of 2 minute on the spot sprints then 2 minutes squat jumps then 2 minutes shadow boxing then 2 minutes sit up then 2 minute back squats then 2 minutes groundwork keep rotating for 30 mins

3:00pm - 3:30pm 60 mg d-bol - 600mg test - 60 mg sust - 50 mg anadrol.

do this mon tue thur fri for the first 10 weeks.

Week 11 day 1: 1:30pm - 2:00pm Masterbate alternating hands every 5 mins at 80% 1rm 2:00pm - 3:00pm Purchase Bas Rutten cut out stick to punch bag, proceed to kick shit out of punch bag

Do this for 5 days of week 11 mon tue wed thur fri.

Week 12 day 1: Drive to Bas Ruttens house, get out of car knock on door.
Ask for water for car radiator. When Bas comes out to give you water BAM! kick the shit outta him.
There you have it folks fool proof 12 week routine to kicking Bas Ruttens ass.
